                     Observed all the equipment , facilities, regesters, stock availability and staff maintanence
                    He had a meeting with Red cross excutive members , blood bank medical officer and staff
                    He is happy with the maintenance of blood bank and guided the team with voluable suggetions to develop the organization and blood bank advised to improve the memberships and blood volumes atleast  300 units for month.
                    In this meeting Vice chairmen Eerigi Koteswari, Treasure .Peddireddy Ganesh, Excutive members Shasidar, Blood bank co crdinators Uppala Rajendraprasd,Dr.Nirmal Kumar, Dr.Somi Reddy are participated
